By the way, seems that you are using Office 2013 Home & Business. As far as I know, Office Deployment tool only applies to Office 365 ProPlus version. Office 365 installations for home user that use Click-to-Run will download the Office product from the Internet, with full UI, and with automatic updates enabled by default
